摘    要:红水河蓬莱滩是西南出海通道中线起步工程(广西段)恶滩石龙三江口航道整治工程重点滩险之一,该滩为石质滩险,由于航道狭窄、弯曲、水流急、流态差,整治前常有海事发生;整治后航道扩宽,弯曲半径增大,水流平顺,拆除了信号台,减少航标维护费用,提高了航道的通过能力。是红水河航道整治工程整治效果较好的滩险之一。

Abstract:Fenglai shoal in Hongshuihe River is one of the major dangerous shoals of Ertang to Sanjiangkou (Shilong) waterway channel regulation project under the southwest sea outlet passage (Guangxi section). The shoal is a stone dangerous shoal with narrow channel,great curves,rapid flow and poor flow condition. Maritime affairs happen from time to time before regulation. After regulation,the channel is widened,the curve radius is increased and the water flow becomes smooth. Furthermore,in order to reduce the maintenance cost of navigation mark,the signal station has been removed. Through regulating,the trafficability of waterway has been improved. Under Hongshuihe waterway regulation project,it is one of the dangerous shoals that show perfect regulation effect
