摘    要:为更加准确地测定轨道交通车辆整车振动特性,提出了一种基于半车激振的整车振动特性测试方法。在简述该方法的激振原理基础上,运用机械运动学原理进一步阐述了激振作动器位移控制指令的解算方法。利用该方法对某型车辆进行了实车测试。测试结果表明,该试验方法可以满足整车振动测试的要求。

Abstract:To assess the vibration characteristics of a com-plete vehicle in a more accurate and scientific way,a testing bench based on a half-vehicle vibration excitation is pro-posed.With a brief introduction of the excitation princi-ple,the principle of mechanical kinematics is used to fur-ther expound a calculation method for the instructions on actuators displacement.This testing bench is used to carry out a real train test,and the result states clearly that the test system can meet the requirements of vibration testing on a complete vehicle.
