城际铁路沿城市道路选线设计原则

在城际铁路选线设计中,沿城市道路选线是重要的选线思路。但在部分项目设计过程中,由于缺乏指导性原则,选线过程较为随意,导致项目施工过程中征地拆迁、管线迁改、环境保护等方面出现了大量问题,引起项目工期滞后、投资超限,为项目建设带来巨大困难。结合实际项目建设经验,就城际铁路沿路选线中的通道选择、通行道路技术条件论证、敷设方式选择、环境保护要求、迁改实施难度评估等方面原则进行了总结归纳。

Research on the Principle of Intercity Railway Route Selection along City Road

Route selection along city road is an important selection method in the design of intercity railway.But due to the lack of guiding principles,route selection process is more casual in the courses of project design,resulting in many problems,such as the land expropriation,house removal,pipeline relocation and environmental protection.Great difficulties will be brought to thc project construction,including the extension of construction schedule and the investment overrun.Combined with the practical working experiences,the principle of intercity railway channel selection,road technical condition demonstration,road lying mothod selection,environmental protection,assessment of land expropiration and house removal are summarized.
