以信息化助推城市轨道交通快速发展的思考

揭示了我国城市轨道交通运营管理信息化方面存在的问题:总体架构陈旧,应用水平不高,信息孤岛严重,基础设施分散,网络资源浪费,安全管控偏弱,运维体系失衡,标准规范缺失,建管统筹乏力,等等。针对这些问题,提出了我国城市轨道交通信息化建设的指导原则和总体目标,城市轨道交通信息系统的总体构架,以及解决问题的思路、对策和建议。

Boosting the Rapid Development of Urban Rail Transit by Information Construction

The existing problems in urban rail transit operation management and information-based technology are pointed out,such as the obsolete overall architecture,low application level,serious information Silo,decentralized infrastructure,network resource waste,weak management and control,uneven operation and maintenance system,deficient standard specification and construction-management integration,etc.On this basis,the guiding principle,general goal,overall structure in urban rail transit information construction of China are proposed,corresponding solutions and countermeasures are discussed.
