地铁道岔电气故障的诊断方法及软件系统构建

地铁道岔故障处理一直是信号系统的重点工作。为构建道岔故障诊断系统,根据道岔故障类型,针对道岔电气故障展开了研究。通过对道岔启动电路、道岔表示电路原理的分析,确定道岔故障诊断所需的采集点和采集内容,研究汇集了一组道岔故障现象及故障定位的故障数据库,可对道岔三相电缺相故障、道岔启动电路故障、道岔表示电路故障进行有效定位,以方便故障排查,为道岔故障诊断系统的构建奠定了基础。

Metro Switch Fault Diagnosis System and the Software System Construction

Switch fault handling is always the key in signal system maintenance. According to the fault types,the diagno-sis of switch electrical fault is studied. Based on an analysis of switch starting circuit and switch indication circuit,the acqui-sition conditions of switch fault diagnosis are determined,by this method,the switch three-phase phase,the fault of the switch starting circuit and the fault of the switch indication circuit can be effectively located. This research makes trou-bleshooting convenient and lays a foundation for switch fault diagnosis system.
