| 摘 要： | 由于受各种不利因素影响,特别是配套资金的因素,海外项目施工往往不能按原定计划实施,需要进行动态调整,以满足施工需要。尼日利亚Idu铺架基地在不同时期为满足阿卡铁路EPC(设计-采购-施工)项目和阿布贾城铁EPC项目的施工,不断优化联络线与两大铁路项目的连接方案,优质高效地完成了两大铁路项目的施工任务,为今后类似的海外项目施工提供了宝贵的经验。

| Abstract: | Due to various negative factors,especially the factor of matching funds,overseas construction projects often need to be dynamically adjusted to meet the construction demands.To satisfy the constructions of Abuja-Kaduna Railway project and Abuja Rail Mass Transit project which started at different times,the connection program between Idu Track Laying Depot and projects is constantly optimized,and the two projects have been completed in good quality and efficiency.This valuable experience is provided for similar projects in the future. |
