中俄高速铁路客车内装设备标准比较分析

以高速铁路客车内装设备中的防火、环保、门窗、座椅等设计标准为分析对象,通过对中国与俄罗斯相关标准的异同点比较分析,为中国对俄罗斯高速铁路客车内装设备的研发与设计提供标准依据。其中,着重分析了相关车辆设计与验证中的标准空白项与疑难点,提出了第三方认证机构今后对俄罗斯铁路开展业务的方向。

Comparative Analysis of Chinese and Russian Standards for High-speed Railway Vehicle Interior Equipment

The design standards for fire prevention,envi-ronmental protection,door and window systems,seat system in high-speed railway equipment are taken as the analysis object,the differences and similarities between Chinese and Russian standards are compared,to provide a basis for the research and development of vehicle interior equipment in Chinese and Russian high-speed train manufacture.The void items and difficult points in the design and verification of high-speed train standards are mainly analyzed,the de-velopment direction of adopting the third party certifica-tion body for both China and Russia in high-speed railway train manufacture is pointed out.
