微通道冷凝器在城市轨道交通车辆变频热泵空调上的应用

摘    要:在城市轨道交通车辆变频热泵空调机组翅片管冷凝器的基础上,对微通道冷凝器的应用进行了研究。结果表明:采用微通道冷凝器,机组制冷剂充注量降低27.27%;同压缩机频率下,机组制冷量和能效比分别上升1.12%和5.73%,制热量和能效比分别下降20.46%和5.85%;微通道冷凝器结霜快而均匀,多次结、除霜后换热器边角处有积霜现象。

Abstract:Based on the VF heat pump air conditioner of urban rail transit vehicle with finned tube condenser,the application of micro-channel condenser is investigated.The result shows that the micro-channel condenser system could reduce the refrigerant charge of air conditioner system by 27.27% compared with the finned tube condenser.With the same compressor frequency,the capacity and EER (energy efficiency ratio) of air conditioner are increased by 1.12% and 5.73%,while its heat and COP (coefficient of performance) are decreased by 20.46% 和 5.85% respectively.The micro-channel condenser could frost quickly and evenly,but the frost will deposit at the corners after several cycling times.
