摘    要:采用大型多体动力学软件Universal Mechanism建立悬挂式单轨列车系统动力学模型,模型中考虑了各减振器、弹簧、止档的非线性特性,以及橡胶轮胎-轨道的非线性作用特性。通过数值积分求解车辆的动态响应,对单轨列车关键悬挂参数进行研究。研究表明:导向轮高度应尽量放低,与轴心高度一致较为合理;导向轮与导向轨应有一定的预压,但不宜过大;横向减振器等效阻尼应取50 k N·s/m以上,以保证车辆横向平稳性的同时,让车辆进出曲线时横向振动能够快速收敛;垂向减振器等效阻尼取30~40 k N·s/m能够保证车辆具有良好的垂向平稳性。

Abstract:A dynamic model of sky train is set up by using the multi-body dynamic software Universal Mechanism. The nonlinearity of tire track interaction,damper and stoping are considered in the model. The dynamic response of vehicle sys-tem is calculated to study the key suspension parameters of sky train system,and the results show that the height of guide wheel should be set as low as possible to the height of drive wheel axle,this is a reasonable change; a certain pre-pressing force between guide wheel and rail is necessary,but should not be too large; the equivalent damping of lateral damper should be greater than 50kN.s/m,to ensure the well behavior of lateral stability,so the lateral swing of train can quickly converge when passing a curve. The equivalent damping of vertical damper should be set in a range of 30~40kN.s/m,in order to ensure good behavior of train's vertical stability.
