摘    要:为分析轨道交通车辆转向架零部件疲劳断裂的原因,基于某地铁车辆线路试验数据,以转向架实测谱为输入激励,使用频域疲劳分析方法对部件进行振动疲劳寿命分析,同时也采用实测应力进行寿命分析,并与频域疲劳分析方法做对比。其中,分析了正常与异常载荷谱对部件疲劳的影响,探讨转向架零部件结构疲劳失效原因,分析结果可供相关设计与优化参考。

Abstract:The operating test data collected from one metro line is used to analyse the reasons that caused the fatigue fracture of bogie components.The measured spectra data of the bogie are taken as the input parameters,and the fre-quency analysis method is used to analyze the vibration fa-tigue.At the same time,the measured stress data are also used to carry on fatigue life analysis,which is compared with the frequency fatigue analysis method.Finally,the in-fluences of normal and abnormal load spectra on the com-ponent fatigue are analyzed,the reasons that caused the fa-tigue fracture of bogie components are discussed.This re-search provides references for the design and optimization of new bogie structures.
