摘    要:地铁防淹门系统是一种防灾设备。因突发事故造成地铁隧道破裂后,防淹门系统可防止江河水涌进地铁车站而造成事故的进一步扩大。一旦发生事故时,能紧急关闭闸门,封闭过江隧道,保护地铁车站人员和设备的安全。基于设备结构的特殊性和作为应急设备使用的特点,防淹门系统通常安装在地铁隧道过江段两端的地铁站端部与隧道接口处或区间内,因此防淹门控制系统的维修质量显得尤其重要。通过分析维修中遇到的门体升降、水位报警和控制系统死机等问题,提出了维修优化建议,该优化方案能够大大提高地铁防淹门系统的可靠性。

Abstract:Floodgate system is a set of metro equipment used to stop the flood,which will swarm into the whole tunnel in case of a disastrous collapse like tunnel fracture.In such an accident,the floodgate system will act promptly to close the tunnel crossing under a river,in order to protect station personnel and equipment.Based on the characteristics of the system in terms of its specificity and emergent functions,the floodgate is usually set up at stations which are located at both ends of the tunnel that crosses under a river,therefore,the maintenance quality of floodgate is particularly important.Through analyzing a series of failure scenarios,such as gate lifting,flood level alarm and power control system failure,relevant maintenance optimization schemes are suggested.This research will guide the maintenance personnel effectively to improve the floodgate reliability.
