On Overhaul Operation Safety Interlock Management System in Changsha Maglev Line Depot

Changsha Maglev project is the first demonstration line for low-speed Maglev transportation in China,which requires higher safety and reliability.According to the maintenance requirements in Changsha Maglev depot,a safety interlock management system for vehicle maintenance is set up,it can effectively solve the problems of safety control in the process of professional maintenance,transform the traditional maintenance process into a closed loop management,in order to establish a safety net featuring programming,networking,visualization and standardization,for the safety of depot overhaul operation.Finally,the function of each component and module in the safety net,the technical safety measures and maintenance process in this mode are introduced.
