摘    要:司机控制器是司机操纵机车的重要部件,其性能的好坏直接影响列车的运行状况。对司机控制器进行可靠性测试是保障其质量最有效的方法。采用Lab VIEW作为系统的上位机开发平台,实时监测显示系统状态;用DSP(数字信号处理)作为控制采集模块,控制司机控制器运动并采集其输出数据。同时,采用一台上位机控制多个DSP系统的主从式网络结构,提高了系统效率并降低了成本。该系统同时对多台司机控制器进行试验。最后对可靠性进行了评估,结果表明该系统满足试验要求,为司机控制器的维修和维护提供了依据。

Abstract:Train driver controller is an important part in driver's operation,the performance of which directly influences the running status of the train.Reliability test of the controller is the most effective method to guarantee the quality of the driver controller.LabVIEW,as the PC platform,can monitor the real-time display system.While DSP (digital signal processing) as the control module,can manipulate the driver controller and collect the output data.In order to improve the efficiency of the system and decrease the cost,a master-slave network structure is adopted to realize the control modes of multiple controllers.Finally,the reliability of the drive controller is evaluated,the results show that the system could meet the testing requirements and provide a basis for the repair and maintenance of the controller at the same time.
