摘    要:针对传统马赛克综合后备盘(IBP)的缺点,武汉轨道交通4号线综合监控系统在国内首次采用大尺寸触摸屏作为IBP盘面。重点研究电子IBP的设计和实施方案:整套设备采用一体化结构,由触摸屏、马赛克盘面、梯形机柜、操作台等组成,柜内预留空间安装可编程逻辑控制器、防灾报警系统网关、输入/输出模块、继电器;根据运营功能需求和大尺寸触摸屏特点,采用虚拟三维场景盘面和少量马赛克盘面相结合的方案,监视、控制车站重要机电设备;系统数据通过冗余以太网、现场总线进行传递。性能分析及其投入地铁运营的效果显示,基于触摸屏的电子IBP具有外观美观、形象直观、冗余可靠、画面可柔性布置与扩展等优点。

Abstract:To avoid defects of the traditional mosaic IBP,the ISCS system of Wuhan metro Line 4 uses large touch screen as IBP for the first time in China.In this paper,design and implementation of the electronic IBP system are mainly studied.The whole equipment adopts an integrated structure which is composed of touch screen,mosaic panel,trapezoidal cabinet and counter,providing enough room to install PLC controller,FAS gateway,IO module and electric relay.According to the functional demands and features of large touch screen,virtual 3D scene is adopted and combined with small amount of mosaic panel,in order to monitor and control the important equipment at station,where the systematic data is passed and received by the top Ethernet and bottom control net.The performance analysis and the effect in metro service show that the electronic IBP has nice appearance,visual image,reliable redundancy,flexible layout and expansion.
