绿色交通系统规划实践——以中新天津生态城为例

面对绿色交通理念在实践过程中的种种障碍，结合中新天津生态城绿色交通系统规划实例，提出以规划目标、功能规划、系统规划为核心的规划方法框架。以环境友好、资源节约、出行距离合理、出行结构可持续和服务高效为国标，论述了如何引导人们的活动模式及出行方式选择的3大策略。在系统规划层面，对中新生态域的慢行交通系统、公共交通系统以及机动交通系统规划进行分析。最后，以停车泊位共享为例，探讨了生态城的绿色交通管理模式。

Green Transportation System Planning and Implementation:a case study from Sino-Singapore Eco-City,Tianjin
