公交场站立体开发模式研究

目前,国内大多数城市公交站场均采取平面布局方式,场站土地资源未得到充分利用。变传统的单一功能的交通场站为集多种功能于一体的综合性场所,变粗放型土地利用为集约型土地利用,充分发挥土地资源的功能和资产效益,成为公交发展的重要方向之一。
