摘    要:铁路隧道救援通道利用水沟电缆槽盖板顶面的空间,是目前国内外通行的做法,但由于建筑限界标准、有砟轨道设置后的维修养护等要求,使得目前各类标准铁路隧道内救援通道走行面与客车车厢地板面的高差较大,救援通道边缘距离车体间隙较大。当客车由于事故原因停在隧道内时,人员从车内疏散到隧道内的线路并不顺畅,容易形成次生灾害。为改善救援通道的设计条件,建议对现行的建筑限界进行局部修订,建议长度在1 km以上的隧道内均应铺设无砟轨道。

Abstract:The space above the cover of ditch and cable duct is used practically at home and abroad as the railway tunnel's rescue channel. As required by the standard of structure gauge and maintenance of ballasted track,the tops of the current rescue channel of different railway tunnels are in much different levels from the car floor surface,and the edge of rescue channel is far away from the car. When a passenger car stops in tunnel due to accidents,evacuating passengers from inside the car is not easy,and subsequent disasters are likely to happen. In order to improve the designed conditions of the rescue channel,this paper suggests amendment of the existing architectural gauge,and laying ballastless track in tunnels of more than 1 km.
