《城际铁路设计规范》之线路设计标准解读

摘    要:为便于线路专业技术人员正确运用城际铁路设计规范,规范编制者针对该规范的线路主要技术标准进行了解读,暨有关标准研究及规范编制理念的宣贯。对于平面曲线最小半径的计算及选用在有停站车和通过车的车站两端最小平面曲线半径应按速差控制的值选用;通过研究确定的线间距及加宽标准在安全的前提下,较现行有关标准进一步体现了经济性;对缓和曲线长度计算参数选用应注意平面标准的系统性及协调性;对于长大坡道的设置需兼顾其他专业的技术要求并不宜连续设置;最小坡段长度困难条件下可按不小于8辆编组的列车长度设计。

Abstract:For the correct implementation of Code for Design of Intercity railway,the compilers of the code offer interpretations on main technical standards of the code,shedding light on the concepts of code development. For calculation of the minimum plane curve radius and selection of the minimum plane curve radius on both ends of the station with stopped and passing vehicles,the minimum plane curve radius should be selected based on the value of the speed difference control. On the premise of safety,the distance between centers of lines and the limit of widening specified in the code prove to be more economical. The systematicness and coordination of the plane standard should be addressed when calculation parameters of the transition curve length are selected. In setting up long and steep grade sections,continuous sections are not encouraged in concern for the technical requirements of other professions. Under difficult conditions,the minimum length of grade section may de designed to be no less than the train length of 8-car formation.
