基于SolidWorks二次开发技术的机车车辆车轴参数化设计

摘    要:为适应现代技术发展及产品快速更新的要求,研究了SolidWorks操作平台下,利用VC++语言进行二次开发,结合机车车辆车轴自身特点,完成用户界面设计及参数驱动法实现车轴参数化特征建模,生成了一套具有车轴参数库模块的参数化建模插件.结果显示可以加快设计过程,提高设计质量和效率.

Abstract:In order to fit the requirement of modern technology development and rapid product renewal,the redevelope with VC++ based on SolidWorks platform was carried out,which implemented parametric feature modelling by parameter driving method through axle characteristic and interface designs for user.With above,a new set of parametric modeling plus-ins with vehicle axle parameter database were provided.The results indicated that it can accelerate the design and improve the quality and efficiency.
