储油码头油气回收设备节能效果检测及评估方法探讨

摘    要:储油码头进行油气回收不仅有助于解决油气污染大气环境问题,还可以有效节约能源.目前国内尚无科学有效的手段对油气回收相关设备进行系统地节能效果评估,因此无法判断油气回收设备实际节能的效果.通过分析影响油气回收设备节能效果的因子,提出设备工艺、回收效率、经济效益及生命周期四个方面的评价方法或者涉及的评价内容;最后给出油气回收设备节能评估相关建议.

Abstract:VOCs recovery by oil terminal can not only be helpful to solve air pollution issues, but also effectively save energy. Currently China still has no effective methods to test and evaluate the energy-saving effect of VOCs recovery units (VRU) systematically. Thus the exact energy-saving effect also cannot be identified in China. This paper analyzes the factors which may affect energy-saving effect, puts forward evaluation methods or content in respects of technology, recovery efficiency, economic benefit and life cycle. At the end, this paper gaves suggestions related to energy-saving evaluation.
