| Abstract: | Along with the reform in China's road passenger transport industry,bidding system of passenger line management right has been put into practice in China and attained certain achievements.But there are some aspects need to be improved in its mechanism.This cover story analyzes the value and function of many bid approach based on the feasibility condition and then discusses the principle on its implementation. |
