单线铁路连续梁桥边跨现浇段钢管支架设计

摘    要:某单线铁路连续梁桥分跨布置为(40+64+40)m,采用菱形挂篮悬臂灌注施工.对大桥边跨现浇段的钢管支架进行了设计检算,检算内容主要有底模下方木强度和刚度计算、纵梁强度和刚度计算、垫梁强度和刚度计算、立柱强度和稳定性计算、基础计算,通过检算支架的强度、刚度、稳定性满足相关要求.

Abstract:The layout of side spans for a single-track continuous beam bridge is(40+64+40)-m. The construction method is the diamond-shaped form traveler cantilever pouring method. The steel-tube support for the cast-in-place side spans of bridge is designed and calculated. The checking calculation contents are mainly the strength and stiffness of the square wood under the bottom mold, the strengths and stiffness of longitudinal beam and bearing beam, the strength and stability of stand column, and the foundation. The related requirements are met through the checking calculation of strength, stiffness and stability of support.
