摘    要:以元武高速公路隧道工程为背景,论述了全液压自动行走衬砌台车工作原理、台车结构、制造工艺。该设备采用液压油缸脱立模、电驱动行走或油缸步进行走,施工中不仅能省力、省工、节约材料,并具有很好的安全性,保证了砼的质量。特别是该台车具有良好的双调功能,在曲线地段和直曲连接处能完成较好的过渡,保证了墙拱的外形顺接自然、美观。

Abstract:Based on tunnel projects of Yuan Wu Freeway, the technical theory, machinery structure and manufacturing process of full hydraulic automotive driving sheet carriage are discussed. Formwork erecting and releasing is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, and automotive driving is controlled by electric speed reducer or by stepping oil cylinder, thus labors, construction time and materials are saved, and construction safety and concrete quality are guaranteed. Especially the good dual-direction regulation function of the sheet carriage makes perfect transition at the curved segment and at the joint between the linear and curved segments, and natural and beautiful joint between wall and arch is guaranteed.
