城市轨道交通BIM建模及交付标准研究

近年来,城市轨道交通建设BIM技术应用逐步普及。为解决该领域尚无统一、规范化的BIM建模及交付标准等问题,对城市轨道交通的不同部位采用相适应的BIM软件进行建模,对整条线路不同车站的模型命名及颜色做统一的规定,并按照行业相应规范进行标准化拆分和模型编码,以共享坐标的方式对不同里程处的线路、隧道、车站进行精确组装,针对设计、施工、运维的不同阶段,提供不同的模型交付内容。采用该方式可保证BIM在不同阶段的持续应用。

Research on BIM Modeling and Delivery Standards of Urban Rail Transit

In recent years,the application of BIM technology in urban rail transit constructions has been gradually spread.In order to solve the problem that there is no unified and standardized BIM modeling and delivery standard in this field,different parts of urban rail transit have been modeled with appropriate BIM software,the name and color for different station models are uniformly specified,standardized split and model coding are carried out according to the corresponding industry specifications,and the lines,tunnels and stations at different mileage points are accurately assembled by means of shared coordinates.Different model deliverables would be provided for different stages of design,construction and operation and maintenance.This approach can ensure the continuous application of BIM in different stages.
