某打桩船桩架强度计算及分析

为了检验该船在近海水域,超长超重桩的施工,对该船的桩架在起吊、立桩、变幅、打桩等各种工况下的强度,依据规范进行了建模验算,得出桩架在各种工况下各部位的应力分布情况及最大应力发生的部位,并根据验算结果进行分析,提出加固方案和注意事项,使得该船满足施打超长超重桩的能力。

Strength calculation and analysis on pile holder of a floating pile driver

For checking execution with myriametre and overweight pile in offshore area, the paper modeled the pile holder of this floating pile driver and calculated the strength according to rules under lifting ,stake, amplitude , piling etc operating conditions. It educed the stress distribution of every part and the part of maximum stress under every kind of operating conditions, and analyzed the checking computations result, brought out layout of reinforcement and notices in order to meeting the ability of myriametre and overweight pile execution.
