砂卵石地层盾构施工对建筑物的影响分析及技术措施

摘    要:成都轨道交通1号线试验段的地下段采用了盾构法施工。盾构区间穿越的地层为富水砂卵石地层。对于在该种地层中进行盾构施工,穿越建筑物的安全问题成为工程控制的重点。采用数值模拟的方法分析了盾构施工对建筑物的影响,包括建筑物的内力、位移等。对实际掘进采取了盾构机的施工控制以及注浆加固与桩基荷载转移的辅助措施,并实现信息化的施工,保证了盾构安全、顺利地穿越建筑物。

Abstract:The strata of Chengdu metro is saturated cobble and sand and is the first case of metro tunnelling in China,also very rare in the world.The safety of buildings becomes the emphasis of EPB earth pressure balance tunnels.In this paper,the stress situation and displacement of the structure are computed and analyzed,two countermeasures are taken: the EPB control and the assistant measures,which includes grout injection and pile foundation load transfer.At the same time,the information construction is implemented,so as to guarantee EPB tunneling under buildings safely and smoothly.
