| Abstract: | Highway construction and the survey and design of the engineering project is becoming complex. The bid evaluation to the survey and design program of each competitive unit is a very important and extremely complex work, which should not only be fair, but also consider the economic benefits. Starting from a basic overview of bid evaluation work of the highway engineering survey and design, this article specifically describes how to apply hierarchical-fuzzy analysis method in bid evaluation of highway engineering survey and design. |
