硒对T-2毒素致中国小型猪关节软骨损伤的作用
摘    要:中国小型猪在低硒(35ng/kg)饲料喂养条件下,饲喂T-2毒素(1.5mg/kg饲料)和亚硒酸钠(200ng/kg饲料)105d,观察其前后肢软骨的病理变化及较合基质中胶原及蛋白聚糖组分的变化。结果表明T-2毒素能致中国小型猪关节软骨深层发生类似人类大骨节病的关节软骨损害,并能引起软骨基质中蛋白聚糖含量降低。而单纯低硒不能引起类似的损害。补硒对T-2毒素所致关节软骨的损伤具有一定的保护效应,使病变严重程度减轻,并能改善软骨基质的生化代谢。

EFFECT OF SELENIUM ON LESION OF ARTICULAR CARTILAGE FED ON T-2 TOXIN IN CHINESE EXPERIMENTAL MINI-PIG
Abstract:T-2 toxin (1. 5ing/kg feed) and sodium selenite (200ng/kg feed) were added Se-deficientfeed containing selenium 35ng/kg for Chinese minipigs in a period of 105 days. Pathological observationsand biochemical analyses were carried out on the articular cartilage of those minipigs. The resultsshowed that there was obvious zonal and patchychondronecrosis in the deep layer of articular cartilage in the T-2 toxin group,which was similar to thechondronecrotic lesions in the articular cartilage ofhuman Kashin-Beck disease. In addition, proteoglycans in the T-2 toxin group decreased compared withthe control,however,such changes were not found insc-deficient group. Selenium could alleviate theseventy of the lesion and ameliorate the metabolismof proteoglycans to some extent. These findings suggest that T-2 toxin has significant toxic effects onarticular cartilage and selenium has some protectiveeffects.
