| 摘 要： | 部队传统人事制度对人力资源思想的借鉴涉及到一个跨体系引用的问题,要求我们着眼的重点不是表面上的各种管理方式,而是对人力资源工作内涵的经济思想的理解。从对人力资源工作的本质入手,我们才能够理性定位部队人事制度各部分的价值,摆脱形式化的窠臼,真正有效地将人力资源先进思想应用到部队传统人事制度的改革中来。

| Abstract: | The learning of troop's tradition personnel system to the ideas of human resources management theory is a inter-system problem.The key we focus on is not the surface of various management methods,but the economic ideas which in the HRM theory.Only from the process of understanding the essence of human resources work,we can learn the actual values of the various part of troop's tradition personnel system. |
