塑性变形诱导相变钢TRIP钢的性能和应用

摘    要:汽车发展的要求是降低自重、节约能耗、降低排放,但是另一个重要要求是提高安全性和舒适性,后者的要求又会增加汽车的自重。为了解决这种矛盾必须开发新的钢种,它既有高的强度又有良好的成形性,而且在汽车碰撞时能吸收较多的能量以保证驾乘人员的安全。这些新钢种就是先进的高强度钢,TRIP钢就是其中的一种。介绍了生产工艺对TRIP钢性能的影响,TRIP钢与其他钢板性能的比较,以及TRIP钢的应用和应用后的效果。

Abstract:The development of automobiles is required to reduce self-weight,save energy consumption and reduce emission.To improve safety and amenity is the other one important requirement,but this requirement is inevitable to increase weight of automobiles.To solve this contradiction,it is needed to develop a new steel that only has high strength and good formability,but can absorb much energy in collision to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers.An advanced high strength steel,TRIP steel,can satisfy these requirements.The paper introduces the effect of production technology on the property of TRIP steel,the comparison of properties between TRIP steel and other steel,and the application of TRIP steel and results obtained thereof.
