高精度高速连续测量轮轨动态作用力的研究

摘    要:采用高精度高速连续测量测力轮对是高速铁路联调联试、安全评估、轮轨关系及系统动力学仿真研究的重要技术手段。本文系统地论述高速测力轮对的基本原理以及基于综合误差最小化的设计方法、基于可靠性的制造工艺、基于精度的动静态标定等关键技术,介绍其在0号高速综合检测列车上的应用情况。结果表明,运用该技术的高速测力轮对,可在复杂运用条件下连续得到包括垂向力、横向力、纵向力及轮轨接触位置在内的完整的轮轨作用力学参数,为轮轨动态作用的深入研究创造条件。本文还就如何利用测力轮对改进高速铁路轮轨系统动力学仿真技术进行探讨。
