| 摘 要： | 以港航工程类专业为例,探讨职业技能的培养方式.提出培养职业技能必须加强双师型教师队伍和实训基地建设,采取工程案例模拟实训和顶岗实习相结合的方式进行职业技能培养有较好效果.介绍了工程案例模拟实训方法.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the methods of training vocational technical ability are researched.It is advanced to strengthen construction of a team of teachers possessing professional knowledge and vocational technical ability and training base in order to train vocational technical ability.It is deemed that the methods training vocational technical ability by training at post and training imitating construction of a project are effective.It is also introduced the methods of training imitating project. |
