| 摘 要： | 基于水域通航环境的分析和船舶流量的统计,采用VB 6.0编程方法设计并建立船舶交通模拟实验平台,对船舶会遇信息进行统计分析,从而实现通航风险的有效评估,其评价结果具有实时性和区域性分布的特点.
