GSM-R starts to roll out across Europe

GSM-R provided all the services supported by GSM. It had the function of railway mobile communication byintroducing ASCI (Advanced Speech Call ), such as train-dispatching radio, communication for train-dispatching in marshallingyard, emergency communication, etc. It offered freight information, passenger service information on the train, otherappreciation service, and so on.
