摘    要:研究应用分布式专家系统工具根据船舶设计信息产生造船生产流程的方法。将专家系统设计为包含结构分段划分、生产规则确定和生产工序安排等专家子系统的分布式结构,使每个子系统具有彼此独立的数据库、知识库和推理机,可显著提高系统运行效率,也有利于系统的维护。对一条散货船的应用实例表明,该方法可有效地给出合理的船体结构生产流程方案,对研究在造船CIM环境下将船体结构设计和造船生产流程、生产计划安排集成起来的方法有实际意义。

Abstract:This research focuses on the integration of process planning and scheduling functions by using distributed expert systems, as the part of the main objective: establishment of CIM for shipbuilding. Three sub systems, Block Selection System, Role Selection System and Part Sequencing System, are constructed independently into the process planning expert system so that it can be implemented more efficiently and has good maintenance property. Also a prototype is created to apply the developed system for making out the process plan on a bulk carrier mid ship structure. Application example shows that the system is valid to provide reasonable process plans.
