无核密度仪和数字图像离析评定方法在沥青路面施工质量监控中的应用

摘    要:在逐步完善沥青路面施工全面质量控制与管理,实现工程按质支付的趋势下,大样本、高频率、准确性好的无损检测方式值得大力推广。以广深高速公路东莞北大桥SMA罩面工程为实例,从制定检测方案、确定离析程度判定标准以及对检测结果的统计分析入手,介绍采用无核密度仪(PQI)和数字图像2种手段结合由表及里全面评定沥青路面施工离析,并对两种检测方法的结果进行了相关性分析;提出了SMA路面产生施工离析的原因,并给出了控制施工离析的建议措施。

Abstract:On the premise of total quality management of construction of bituminous pavement gradually improved and payment implemented by project quality,non-destructive testing methods with Large sample,high-frequency,and good accuracy should be vigorously promoted.Based on the example of SMA overlay project of an expressway,this paper started with instituting detection project,confirming determinant standard on segregation degree and analyzing available test result,and introduced PQI(Pavement Quality Indicator) associated with digital pattern measurement to evaluate pavement construction segregation from surface into interior,and then the results were compared by correlation analysis.At last the causes of segregation of SMA pavement were presented,and feasible measures to control the construction segregation were proposed.
