| 摘 要： | 对以合金风为材料的汽车变速器齿轮为齿圈激光焊接工艺进行研究，分析了各工艺参数对激光焊缝的宏观形貌、焊拉接头组织与性能和力学取得了焊接的最佳工艺参数，提出了新的消除２焊缝首尾衔接处出现凹坑的方法。

| Abstract: | The research is made on the laser welding technology for automobile transmission gears and gear ring made of alloy steel. The effects of each technological parameter on the gross features of weld seam, the structure and performance of welding joint are analyzed. The best welding technological parameters have been obtained and the new method which can eliminate pits appeared at the welding interface is put forward. |
