无支架施工系杆拱桥在泰东河大桥中的应用

摘    要:系杆拱桥是大跨度桥梁中最常见的一种桥型结构,其施工方法主要分为先梁后拱和先拱后梁两种.结合泰东河大桥工程,对系杆拱桥两种施工方法进行了介绍,并对两种施工方法的优缺点展开对比分析,泰东河大桥跨越繁忙的高等级航道,最终选取了对航运影响最小的无支架施工方案.接着,对无支架施工方法及详细的施工流程进行了介绍,总结了系杆拱桥无支架施工的技术难点.其成果可为同类工程应用该方法提供参考.

Abstract:The bowstring arch bridge is a bridge structure mostly commonly in the long-span bridge. Its construction methods are mainly divided into two types of pre-beam and post-arch and pre-arch and post-beam. Combined with the Taidong River Bridge Project, two construction methods of bowstring arch bridge are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two construction methods are compared and analyzed. The Taidong River Bridge spans a busy high-grade channel. Finally, the no-support construction scheme with the minimum impact on shipping is selected. The no-support construction method and the detailed construction process are introduced. The technical difficulties of the no-support construction of bowstring arch bridges are summarized. Its achievements can be referenced for the application of this method in similar projects.
