大型施工总承包企业EPC业务发展保障机制探索

摘    要:为探索大型施工总承包企业EPC业务发展保障机制,首先介绍了EPC工程总承包项目的4种运作模式,然后总结了设计先导、设计施工深度融合、集团内部联动等EPC工程总承包业务发展的经验.从EPC总承包的运作意识、项目管理体系建设、联动协作和资源整合能力等方面分析了 EPC业务发展中存在的主要问题与不足.在此基础上,对EPC业务发展保障机制进行了思考,提出了加强顶层设计、强化联动协同、关注项目协调等推动EPC总承包模式新发展的建议.

Abstract:In order to explore the guarantee mechanism of EPC business development in the large construction general contracting enterprises, four operation modes of EPC engineering general contracting projects are firstly introduced. Then the development experience of EPC engineering general contracting business, such as the design pilot, deep integration of design and construction, internal linkage of the group and so on, is summarized. The main problems and deficiencies existing in the EPC business development are analyzed from the operation awareness of EPC general contracting, the construction of project management system, the abilities of linkage collaboration and resource integration and the other aspects. On this basis, the guarantee mechanism of EPC business development is considered deeply. The suggestions of strengthening the top-level design, intensifying the leakage coordination and paying attention to the project coordination to promote the new development of EPC general contracting mode are put forward.
