| Abstract: | This paper discusses about the digital transformation of body-shop.This paper expounds the problems to the traditional shops that caused by C2B mode,and introduces solutions from process fl ow,process planning and development,virtual simulate and virtual commissioning,process change and management.This paper also confirms a digital system to manage the process of body shop based on C2B mode. |
