| 摘 要： | 轿车车门密封条的主要作用是避免车厢进水、减小对车门的关闭力和车体内的风噪声等.在设计轿车车门密封条时应充分分析考虑密封条的压缩过程以及压缩受力变形.通过非线性有限元分析,加强密封条的压缩受力特性,不断完善密封条横截面形状.本文针对轿车车门密封条的设计进行深入分析与探究.

| Abstract: | The main function of the car door sealing strip is to avoid water in the car compartment,and reduce the closing force of the car door and the wind noise in the car body.When designing car door sealing strips,the compression process and compression force deformation of the sealing strips should be fully analyzed and considered.Through nonlinear finite element analysis,the compression force characteristics of the sealing strip are strengthened,and the cross-sectional shape of the sealing strip is continuously improved.This article conducts in-depth analysis and research on the design of car door sealing strips. |
