For more than half a century in the new century,to better improve the collision safety factor of automobiles,plastic bumpers have gradually been applied.In recent years,in order to better realize the lightweight of automobiles,the recyclability of automobile parts and raw materials(Eco-environmental protection regulations) need to be recycled,and the proportion of plasticization of auto parts is getting higher and higher.The plastics industry has achieved rapid development.Various rubber products are widely used because of their light weight,corrosion resistance,and ease of production and processing.The purpose,processing technology and paint quality of the spraying of automotive exterior plastic parts are briefl y introduced in detail.The article performs new projects related to the review and analysis of common failure modes.
