桥梁实体墩身混凝土喷淋养护策略分析

Analysis on Spray Curing Strategy of Concrete for Bridge Solid Pier Body

In order to understand the strategy of concrete spray curing of bridge solid pier body,taking the station front of Yiwu Wenzhou section of newly-built Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway and hwzq-4 bid of related projects as an example,this paper briefly introduces the construction project of bridge solid pier body,discusses the advantages of concrete spray curing of bridge solid pier body,and further analyzes the concrete spray curing strategy of bridge solid pier body.It is concluded that the concrete spray curing of bridge solid pier body has significant economic and safety benefits.It is necessary to install an automatic circulating spray curing system on the basis of wrapping the pier top and pier body,and standardize the curing within the specified curing time.After the curing time arrives,the spray system can be removed to ensure the concrete quality of bridge solid pier body.
