| 摘 要： | 通过近几年我省高速公路前期工作开展的情况,土地预审和报批是影响前期工作的首要控制因素,在高速公路前期工作逐步下放到地市的大环境下,项目管理基本都采用大包制,设计单位同时承担着设计与专题的双重任务,如何有效推进高速公路前期工作是一个值得思考的问题。

| Abstract: | Through the development of preliminary work of expressway in An Hui province in recent years,it is found that land preliminary review and approval are the primary control factors affecting the preliminary work.Under the environment that the expressway preliminary work is gradually decentralized to local cities,the project management basically adopts the large contract system,and the design unit undertakes the dual tasks of design and special topics at the same time.How to effectively promote the preliminary work of expressway is a problem worthy of thinking. |
