摘 要: | 焊接机器人的出现,让人类的双手得到了解放。而焊接机器人焊接工艺对汽车车身焊缝质量有着至关重要的影响。本文首先叙述国内外焊接机器人的发展现状和存在的焊接问题,并对焊接工艺的难度进行了讨论。最后对智能焊接机器人的发展趋势进行了展望,提出了未来智能机器人的研究方向。

Abstract: | The emergence of welding robot liberates human hands.The welding process of welding robot has a vital impact on the weld quality of automobile body.Firstly,this paper describes the development status and existing welding problems of welding robots at home and abroad,and discusses the difficulty of welding process.Finally,the development trend of intelligent welding robot is prospected,and the research direction of intelligent robot in the future is put forward. |
