Under the guidance of government policies,China’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure market has been expanded,and the new entry role provides new vitality for the improvement of the industrial chain and business model innovation.This paper analyzes the operation mode of charging infrastructure which is dominated by each stakeholder by combing the industry chain of charging infrastructure and the relationship among each stakeholder in the industry chain,therefore,a business model of building an open service platform for charging infrastructure is designed,which integrates "Vehicle-pile-net-source",and the business model is integrated from B2 C autonomy,B2 C platform to C2 C sharing,thus building a new ecology of charging infrastructure,with the help of social forces to further promote the construction and promotion of charging infrastructure..
