Based on the combination of production and education,vocational colleges integrate learning and production through work-study alternation to realize the cultivation of students’ vocational skills.The auto repair major is based on automobile production,sales,maintenance,and other positions to enhance the professional ability of students in these positions.Through school-enterprise cooperation,the auto repair company and student learning are linked,and the focus is on school-running cooperation and teaching cooperation,and internship management cooperation and other aspects.But in practice,companies often lack cooperation incentives due to cost considerations.The school is conservative in consideration of safety considerations,education quality,policy support,etc.,which prevents the two parties from deep cooperation.
