| 摘 要： | 针对汽车发动机舱盖的结构特点和技术要求,采用斜顶杆抽芯机构,解决了内部结构不规则,有倒扣、脱模困难等问题.该产品尺寸较大,注塑充填同样存在困难,为保证产品充填质量,节约材料,提高生产率,故采用多点冷热流道相结合的浇注系统.

| Abstract: | According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of automobile engine hatch cover,the core pulling mechanism with inclined ejector rod was used to solve the problems of irregular internal structure,more back-off and difficult demoulding.In order to ensure the filling quality of the product,save materials and improve productivity,a multi-point cold and hot runner gating system was adopted. |
