摘 要: | 选取PP玻纤板基材,从原材料组成、材料生产工艺、烘箱类型、零件模压工艺、模压设备、生产和储存环境及后处理方面系统研究了模压成型内饰件异味的主要来源和控制方法。结果表明,选用低气味的PP纤维和玻璃纤维表面处理剂、适合基材烘烤的烘箱种类,合适的成型工艺(包含烘烤温度和时间)、干净的模具表面,良好的生产和储存环境,以及后处理措施能有效提升模压内饰件气味。

Abstract: | By selecting PP fiber/GF board,the sources of and controlling methods of odor of molded interior parts were systematically studied from the aspects of raw material composition,process of material,oven type,molding process of parts,moulding equipment,environment of production and storage,and post-treatment.The results show that the selection of low-odor surface treatment agents of PP fiber and glass fiber,suitable oven type,the appropriate molding process (include baking temperature and time),clean mould surface,good environment of production and storage,and post-treatment can effectively improve the odor of molding parts. |
