微波活化废胶粉改性沥青影响因数

摘    要:采用沥青常规性能试验方法,确定微波活化废胶粉的最佳活化条件以及活化废胶粉改性沥青制备时的搅拌速率、时间、温度和胶粉目数。最终确定在胶粉掺量为15%的前提下,活化胶粉改性沥青实验室制备工艺为:干燥胶粉粒径采用80目;150 g胶粉最佳微波辐射条件为微波功率300 W 3 min 20 s,搅拌温度180℃,搅拌速率6 000rpm,最佳搅拌时间为60 min。

Abstract:Test methods for asphalt performance,determine the best activation conditions of crumb rubber powder in microwave activation and mixing rate,time,temperature,number of rubber powder for the preparation of activated rubber powder modified asphalt.Ultimately determined the laboratory preparation technology of activated rubber powder modified asphalt when the powder content is 15%: dry powder and the number is 80;the best microwave irradiation condition is 300W3min20s for 150g powder;mixing temperature is 180℃;mixing rate is 6000rpm and the best mixing time is 60min.
